We utilize German-made ALD Vacuum Arc Remelting furnaces with a Triple Melting Process. Unlike conventional single or double melts, this eliminates micro-segregation and strictly controls volatile elements, ensuring the chemical homogeneity required for aerospace-grade powders.
Proprietary Rolling Technology
Our secret lies in our High-Precision Three-Roll Rolling Line. Using a unique "One-Heat Direct-to-Shape" mode, we refine grain size to 2–3 micrometers. This eliminates the oxidation risks of traditional multi-heat rolling and ensures superior fatigue performance in the final part.
Unmatched Production Speed
Speed drives consistency. Our automated lines produce finished bars in 15 minutes and coiled wire in just 3 minutes. This rapid, continuous flow minimizes thermal variation, guaranteeing that the material at the start of the coil is identical to the end.
